Zacarias 11:16

16 Porque, eis que levantarei um pastor na terra, que não visitará as que estão perecendo, não buscará a desgarrada, e não sarará a doente, nem apascentará a sã; mas comerá a carne da gorda, e lhe despedaçará as unhas.

16 For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hooves.
