Levítico 4:15

15 E os anciãos da congregação porão as suas mãos sobre a cabeça do novilho perante o Senhor: e degolar-se-á o novilho perante o Senhor.

15 The elders of the community are to lay their hands on the bull's head before the Lord, and the bull shall be slaughtered before the Lord.
