Apocalipse 11:6

6 Estes têm poder para fechar o céu, para que não chova, nos dias da sua profecia; e têm poder sobre as águas para convertê-las em sangue, e para ferir a terra com toda a sorte de pragas, todas quantas vezes quiserem.

6 They have power to shut up the heavens so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
