II Reis 7:12

12 E o rei se levantou de noite, e disse aos seus servos: Agora vos farei saber o que é que os siros nos fizeram: bem sabem eles que esfaimados estamos; pelo que saíram do arraial, a esconder-se pelo campo, dizendo: Quando saírem da cidade, então os tomaremos vivos, e entraremos na cidade.

12 The king got up in the night and said to his officers, "I will tell you what the Arameans have done to us. They know we are starving; so they have left the camp to hide in the countryside, thinking, 'They will surely come out, and then we will take them alive and get into the city.'"
