Deuteronômio 4:42

42 Para que ali se acolhesse o homicida que por erro matasse o seu próximo a quem dantes não tivesse ódio algum: e se acolhesse a uma destas cidades, e vivesse;

42 that the manslayer might flee thither, that slayeth his neighbor unawares, and hated him not in time past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live:
