Números 15:38

38 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes que nos cantos das suas vestes façam borlas pelas suas gerações; e as borlas em cada canto, presas por um cordão azul.

38 "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel.
