Gênesis 4:15

15 O Senhor, porém, lhe disse: Assim, qualquer que matar a Caim será vingado sete vezes. E pôs o Senhor um sinal em Caim para que o não ferisse de morte quem quer que o encontrasse.

15 But the Lord said to him, "Not so Septuagint, Vulgate and Syriac; Hebrew [Very well]; anyone who kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over." Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him.
