Ezequiel 36:10

10 Multiplicarei homens sobre vós, a toda a casa de Israel, sim, toda; as cidades serão habitadas, e os lugares devastados serão edificados.

10 and I will cause many people to live on you - yes, all of Israel. The towns will be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt.
