I Samuel 2:25

25 Pecando o homem contra o próximo, Deus lhe será o árbitro; pecando, porém, contra o Senhor, quem intercederá por ele? Entretanto, não ouviram a voz de seu pai, porque o Senhor os queria matar.

25 If one person sins against another, God Or [the judges] may mediate for the offender; but if anyone sins against the Lord, who will intercede for them?" His sons, however, did not listen to their father's rebuke, for it was the Lord's will to put them to death.
