Romanos 2:25

25 Porque a circuncisão tem valor se praticares a lei; se és, porém, transgressor da lei, a tua circuncisão já se tornou incircuncisão.

25 It is true that circumcision is of use if you keep the law, but if you go against the law it is as if you had it not.
