II Crônicas 6:5

5 Desde o dia em que eu tirei o meu povo da terra do Egito, não escolhi cidade alguma de todas as tribos de Israel, para edificar uma casa a fim de ali estabelecer o meu nome; nem escolhi homem algum para chefe do meu povo de Israel.

5 From the day when I took my people out of the land of Egypt, no town in all the tribes of Israel has been marked out by me for the building of a house for the resting-place of my name; and I took no man to be a ruler over my people Israel;
