I Crônicas 5:1

1 Quanto aos filhos de Rúben, o primogênito de Israel (pois era o primogênito, mas, por ter profanado o leito de seu pai, deu-se a sua primogenitura aos filhos de José, filho de Israel; de modo que, na genealogia, não foi contado como primogênito.

1 And the sons of Reuben, the oldest son of Israel, (for he was the oldest son, but, because he made his father's bride-bed unclean, his birthright was given to the sons of Joseph, the son of Israel; but he is not to be given the place of the oldest.
