44 Mas Pilatos admirou-se de que ele já tivesse morrido. E, tendo chamado o centurião, perguntou-lhe se havia muito que morrera.

44 And Pilate marvelled if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead.
