Deuteronômio 1:16

16 Nesse mesmo tempo, ordenei a vossos juízes, dizendo: ouvi a causa entre vossos irmãos e julgai justamente entre o homem e seu irmão ou o estrangeiro que está com ele.

16 And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear [the causes] between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the sojourner that is with him.
