Jeremias 1:10

10 Olha, ponho-te neste dia sobre as nações, e sobre os reinos, para arrancares e derribares, para destruíres e arruinares; e também para edificares e plantares.

10 See, this day I have put you over the nations and over the kingdoms, for uprooting and smashing down, for destruction and overturning, for building up and planting.
