Sofonias 2:15

15 Esta he a cidade, que salta de alegria, que habita segura, que diz em seu coração, eu o sou, e fora de mim não ha outra: como se tornou em assolação! em repouso dos animaes! qualquer que a passar, assoviará, e meneará sua mão.

15 This is the city of revelry that lived in safety. She said to herself, "I am the one! And there is none besides me." What a ruin she has become, a lair for wild beasts! All who pass by her scoff and shake their fists.
