Números 27:21

21 E se porá perante a face de Eleazar sacerdote, o qual por elle consultará segundo o juizo de Urim, perante a face de Jehovah: por seu dito sahirão, e por seu dito entrarão, elle e todos os filhos de Israel com elle, e toda a congregação.

21 He is to stand before Eleazar the priest, who will obtain decisions for him by inquiring of the Urim before the Lord. At his command he and the entire community of the Israelites will go out, and at his command they will come in."
