Filipenses 4:12

12 E bem sei estar abatido, e tambem sei ter abundancia: em toda maneira, e em todas as cousas estou instruido, assim a estar farto, como a ter fome: assim a ter abundancia, como a padecer necessidade.

12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.
