Números 35:27

27 E o vingador do sangue o achar fora dos termos da cidade de seu refugio: se o vingador do sangue matar ao homicida; não será culpado do sangue.

27 And the giver of punishment, meeting him outside the walls of the town, puts him to death, he will not be responsible for his blood:
