Números 25:11

11 Pinehas filho de Eleazar, o filho de Aaron sacerdote desviou minha ira de sobre os filhos de Israel, pois zelou meu zelo em meio delles; que em meu zelo não consumi os filhos de Israel.

11 Through Phinehas, and because of his passion for my honour, my wrath has been turned away from the children of Israel, so that I have not sent destruction on them all in my wrath.
