Jeremias 1:10

10 Olha, ponho-te neste dia sobre as gentes, e sobre os reinos, para arrancar, e para derribar, e para destruir, e para arruinar: e tambem para edificar e para prantar.

10 See, this day I have put you over the nations and over the kingdoms, for uprooting and smashing down, for destruction and overturning, for building up and planting.
