Neemias 9:3

3 Porque, levantando-se em seu posto, lerão no livro da Lei de Jehovah seu Deos huma quarta parte do dia: e na outra quarta parte fizerão confissão, e adorarão a Jehovah seu Deos.

3 And they stood up in their place, and read in the book of the law of Jehovah their God a fourth part of the day; and [another] fourth part they confessed, and worshipped Jehovah their God.
