Lucas 14:28

28 Porque qual de vósoutros, querendo edificar huma torre, se não assenta primeiro a fazer as contas dos gastos, se tem com que a acabar?

28 For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doth not first sit down and count the cost, whether he have [wherewith] to complete it?
