Isaías 31:2

2 Todavia tambem elle he sabio, e faz vir ao mal, e não torna a tras suas palavras: e se levantará contra a casa dos malfeitores, e contra a ajuda dos que obrão iniquidade.

2 Yet he also is wise, and will bring evil, and will not call back his words, but will arise against the house of the evil-doers, and against the help of them that work iniquity.
