Deuteronômio 29:18

18 Para que entre vosoutros não haja varão, ou mulher, ou familia, ou tribu, que hoje desvie seu coração de Jehovah nosso Deos, para-ir-se a servir a os Deoses destas gentas; para que entre vós não haja raiz que dê fel e alosna.

18 lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from Jehovah our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;
